Return Policy
At ACME Whistles of Australia and New Zealand, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction. We are pleased to offer free returns on products that are unopened in original packages and returned within 30 days of purchase OR are faulty /not as advertised.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and a refund. The return must be received within (14) fourteen days from delivery.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customized or personalized products are not entitled to a refund for a change of mind, except for a major fault.
